BOLETERA.NET acts as a digital news platform focusing on the entertainment and events industry in Puerto Rico as well as a service provider for the processing and marketing of ticket sales and as a sales outlet for the event's promoters or for the owners of the venue where an event advertised on our www.BOLETERA.net website’s event calendar takes place. The collection points for event tickets sold on (BOLETERASM) are authorized centers operated by authorized sales agents and/or service operators of (BOLETERASM).

This Website is provided for the purpose of providing information regarding events and granting our customers access to tickets for concerts, venues, and events. The terms "we," "us," "our," and "BOLETERA" refer to (BOLETERASM), a “Service Mark” company owned and registered by STUDIO LUCA, INC. a company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The term "you" refers to you, the customer visiting the Website and/or purchasing a ticket on the Website. The terms promoter and Promoter refer to those producers and/or promoters offering their tickets for sale on www.BOLETERA.net. You will need an Account in order to purchase tickets from www.BOLETERA.net. If you choose to create an Account, you agree to provide only accurate, complete registration information, and you will keep that information up-to-date if it changes. Access to the Website is not authorized by any other person or entity using your Log-in Information and you are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use. Once you have registered to use www.BOLETERA.net you will receive an activation email. You need to confirm your registration by clicking on the link provided in the email before you can start making use of the Website. www.BOLETERA.net relies on the Log-in Information to know whether users accessing the Website are authorized to do so. It is designed to facilitate and ensure efficient services for our users and to ensure their understanding of our ticket purchasing process. (BOLETERASM) service includes selling tickets on behalf of third parties, venues, and local groups. Therefore, (BOLETERASM) is not responsible for setting ticket prices or determining seating availability. www.BOLETERA.net stops selling tickets through the Internet for concerts, shows and events at the time and date of the event, so you agree that orders placed through the Internet after that period don't represent any obligation for www.BOLETERA.net. Prices, dates, locations, and conditions related to tickets are subject to change without notice. www.BOLETERA.net sets a sale limit of five (5) tickets per person when buying through our Website. This policy is in place to prevent fraud, unfair practices, and hoarding. The ticket limit is per person. In case the ticket limit is exceeded, the order may be cancelled without notice. If you want to buy a number of tickets that exceeds this limit, you must go directly to the box office of the event.
Before making your purchase, please carefully review the event, section, date and number of tickets requested. You understand and agree that (BOLETERASM) only distributes tickets of the events offered on its Website, (BOLETERASM) is not responsible for the content nor the schedule of any event. The Website is programmed to provide the best available seats at the time of purchase, according to the price and number of seats requested. All purchases made on the Website are subject to credit card authorization and validation from the bank. The address you provide during the purchase should be the same as where you get your bank statement. All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any questions or requests must be in writing via email to Customer Service and must include the order number.
You agree that your order will be processed in real time (at the time of purchase) and your purchase will only be valid if (BOLETERASM) has provided an invoice and receipt with an order confirmation number, which will be communicated or sent to you automatically by electronic mail (e-mail). Once the transaction has been completely processed and verified, you will receive an email with the tickets purchased. You are responsible for maintaining and providing a working phone number and email to document receipt of each ticket invoice, receipt with order confirmation number, details of the transaction, and tickets. (BOLETERASM) does not accept incorrect credit card number and/or expiration date information to make a purchase order. Providing false information and/or incorrect information may delay and/or cancel the purchase order processing. If the bank issuing the credit card rejects the transaction, the purchase order that the customer has made will be voided.
Tickets purchased through the Website are subject to service and order fees and charges, all referred to as "Service Charges." All Service Charges will be detailed in your invoice and receipt. Ticket prices, Service Charges and other fees do not include state and municipal tax (IVU). IVU will be applied at checkout to both your ticket price and to the Service Charges. In certain events, a fee will be charged as a promoter's service fee. All charges will be detailed in the invoice and receipt sent to your registered email. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SERVICE CHARGES, ADDITIONAL CHARGES, OR TAXES (IVU) BE REFUNDABLE, EVEN IF THE EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED OR POSTPONED.
To access the event, you can pick up your printed ticket at the entrance of the event, or you can pick up your tickets at authorized centers or, in some circumstances, at the box office of the venue. Some events do not distribute tickets at the box office. Tickets distributed at the box office are usually available one hour before the event starts. To pick up your tickets at one of our outlets or at the box office of the venue, you have to present a valid photo identification issued by the federal government, a state of the United States of America or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico ("Valid Identification"). You also have to present the credit or debit card you used to purchase your tickets, and a copy of your receipt with order confirmation number.
All sales are final. Except as provided below in "Canceled or Postponed Events," there are no refunds, cancellations, credits, and/or exchanges after the order has been placed. Unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Ticket (BOLETERASM) will not be grounds for reimbursement or refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies. Promoters, property owners, security and event staff have the right to deny entry to any ticket holder, without refund, for any reason, at their discretion, including, but not limited to: disorderly conduct, drunkenness, local capacity, breach of security restrictions.
The ticket holder is aware that the venue, time of the event, and artist lineup are subject to change. The ticket holder is aware that the services promised by the event producers are not guaranteed by (BOLETERASM) and are not grounds for a refund, including, but not limited to: VIP services, special drinks, gifts, express line, fast pass, special areas, invites, etc. Before buying your tickets, carefully review the event, date, time and seats. The policies established by the event producers, including venues, equipment and theaters, prohibit (BOLETERASM) from issuing exchanges or refunds once the tickets are processed, even in the case of lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Please check that your tickets are correct before processing your "shopping cart". All sales are final.

All ticket sales are final. (BOLETERASM) doesn't allow any changes, refunds, or cancellations. (BOLETERASM) does not replace tickets if they have been lost, stolen or damaged. The safekeeping of tickets is the responsibility of the customer. Ticket Refunds will only be provided in those cases and in the event that the promoter(s) of a given event cancel the event. In such a case, the refund will only be for the cost of the ticket. Service charges, fees, or taxes (IVU) applicable to them are not reimbursable, even if the event is cancelled or postponed. The ticket refund will be made when the promoters of these events make the appropriate refund to (BOLETERASM) and when the customer delivers the ticket(s) as directed for a refund.
The date, time, and venue of the event are subject to change. Cancellations of events in Puerto Rico are regulated by the Oficina de Servicios al Promotor de Espectáculos Públicos del Departamento de Hacienda (OSPEP). In the event of cancellation or postponement of an event, the promoter will be responsible for reimbursement of the ticket price plus tax (IVU), according to the provisions of the law. Service Charges and the IVU associated with Service Charges are non refundable even upon cancellation of an event. If an event is canceled or postponed, the event promoter will advertise the fact through any means of communication (Internet, radio, television, etc.), and will include special instructions regarding the reimbursement process as established by the organizers of the event. You can also contact us at admin@boleterapr.com or access www.BOLETERA.net for information on how to receive a refund. If the event is postponed your tickets will be valid for the date of the newly scheduled event. If the event was postponed, or the time or place has changed, the promoter could establish reimbursement limitations. The final decision to give refunds or changes will be at the discretion of the promoters, teams or venues of the event.
Discounts for seniors and/or persons with disabilities cannot be processed via the Internet. Under Act No. 108 of July 12, 1985, as amended by Act 82-2014, anyone over sixty-five (65) years old, who is a resident of Puerto Rico and duly identified thereon, shall be entitled to a discount of fifty percent (50%) off the price of admission at events that take place in state government facilities, municipalities, agencies, departments, political subdivisions and any other instrument of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The Act requires the presentation of a photo ID at the time of purchase to honor your discount. In order to comply with the protocol and requirements of Act 108 - 1985, the person must physically appear in our office to make the purchase of their ticket and receive the discount. If you are requesting the discount pursuant to age or disability, you have to show a photo identification containing the date of birth and/or the card issued by the Department of Health of Puerto Rico certifying your age or the disability. Even when you get a price discount or free ticket, you shall be responsible for paying the service charges and any tax (IVU) applicable. The discounted tickets will have special marks and the customer will need to present identification along with the ticket at the entrance of the event to gain admission.
In attending any event or performance advertised on the Website, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions of the event's coordinators. You voluntarily agree to assume all risks associated with attending any event, including the risk of physical injury or death, property damage or other loss, and waive all claims for personal injury or death against (BOLETERASM), the event's venue, and all affiliated employees and agents of (BOLETERASM) and the venue.
